Do you offer telehealth or in-person sessions?
I offer both. Adults most of the time prefer to use my telehealth services, and parents most of the time are looking for in-person services. I offer both or a combination, whatever is best for the family.
Do You Do Online (Telehealth) Therapy with Children?
Telehealth is online therapy where you meet with me online. I use a HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing tool to provide these services.
With the current situation with COVID-19, I'm offering online therapy for adults, and children. COVID-19 pushed me to do Telehealth therapy with young children as well. During these sessions the parent involved in the treatment is included, just as we would do in person. I have found that many things can be accomplished in Telehealth with young children and their parents.
You need to be a California resident, and be located in California during your Telehealth sessions.
